I had a mostly positive experience. Registration was quick and everything runs well on mobile. Support could be slightly faster, but my issue was resolved in the end.
Withdrawal issues — winning amount never received
I requested a withdrawal of 25,000. After 2 hours they sent a message saying my withdrawal was processed, but the amount was not received in my account. Every time customer care says it's escalated, but money not received. I have shared my account statement also, no update. Very frustrating experience with the withdrawal process.
